The technology is called HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy). Treatments last only 30 minutes and deliver many benefits to our members, like less body fat, a stronger immune system, improved energy levels, and reduced stress.
How it works.
The process works by placing an applicator on the muscle group being treated. The applicator delivers highly focused energy to the treatment area, forcing the muscles to contract in a way that is impossible through exercise. Each session takes 30 minutes, generally with four sessions scheduled two to three days apart.
The treatment is non-invasive and requires no recovery time. In fact, part of what makes HIFEM treatment an excellent option is not having to prepare for treatment or follow a post-care plan. Some experience mild soreness, but nothing as intense as what you would feel from a traditional workout.
The large applicator is perfect for larger muscle groups, like the abdominals and glutes. Lay there and benefit from thousands of muscle contractions inducing muscle hypertrophy and hyperplasia.
The small applicator is designed for smaller muscle groups — like the arms and calves. The applicators ensure proper form and technique to strengthen, build and tone muscles without injury.
